Returns and Refund Policy

1. Return period

Contact Revent within 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. A return is not approved until Revent confirms eligibility and provides the next step.

2. When a return may be accepted

Opening a product only as reasonably necessary to inspect it does not automatically prevent a return where it is wrong, damaged or materially not as described. Revent will assess the facts and applicable UAE law.

3. When a return may not be accepted

A return may be refused or its value reduced where:

• the request is made after the 7-day period without another legal right applying;
• the device has new damage, liquid exposure, misuse or unauthorised repair after delivery;
• the serial number or IMEI is missing, changed or does not match the delivered product;
• Find My, activation lock, a passcode or another customer account remains active;
• supplied charging cable, packaging or included items are missing;
• personalised, activated, hygiene-sensitive or consumable items cannot reasonably be resold; or
• the product is not the item originally supplied by Revent.

Nothing in this section limits a right that cannot be limited under applicable UAE consumer law.

4. How to start a return

1. Contact support. Use the contact page or email care@revent.store within the return period.
2. Share order details. Provide the order number, product, return reason, serial number or IMEI and requested photographs.
3. Prepare the device. Back up data, sign out, remove account locks, SIM cards and personal accessories.
4. Follow collection instructions. Pack the complete product securely and use only the confirmed drop-off or pickup method.

5. Inspection, resolution, and refund timelines

Revent inspects the returned product to confirm its serial number/IMEI, diagnostic functionality, cosmetic condition, return reason and included accessories.

If a return is not approved due to missing accessories or account locks, Revent will contact you within 24 hours of inspection with details and arrange redelivery.

6. Delivery and return charges

If the product is wrong, damaged on arrival or materially not as described because of a Revent error, Revent will arrange the reasonable approved return method. For an eligible change-of-mind return, original delivery fees and any disclosed collection charge may not be refundable unless required by law.

Products must be packaged safely. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect the refund assessment.

7. Faults outside the return period

The return period and warranty are separate. If an eligible product develops a covered defect after the 7-day return period, use the 12-month Revent Warranty Policy. Normal wear, accidental damage, liquid exposure and unauthorised repair are not treated as return-period defects.
