Terms of Use and Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use and Sale apply to the Revent UAE website at uae.revent.store and to eligible orders placed through it. The website is operated by Revent FZCO, registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence number 13422, with its registered office at Dtec, TechnoHub 1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, Dubai 00000, United Arab Emirates ("Revent", "we", "our" or "us").

By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract or act with the permission of a parent, guardian or authorised business representative.

2. Products, refurbished condition and availability

Revent primarily offers refurbished or pre-owned electronics. A refurbished product may show signs of previous use consistent with its advertised condition grade. Product images may be representative of the model, colour or range rather than the exact individual unit.

• Storage, colour, connectivity, condition and included accessories are shown on the product page where applicable.
• Battery capacity naturally changes with age and use; any stated minimum or product-specific information forms part of the listing.
• All products remain subject to availability. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.
• We may correct an obvious description, stock or pricing error before accepting an order.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Revent may accept or decline an order, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery information is incomplete, suspected misuse is identified or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Prices are displayed in AED and include taxes where the website states they are included. Delivery charges, discounts and the final payable total are shown during checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

You confirm that the payment method and contact information used for an order belong to you or are used with the account holder's authorisation. Revent or its payment provider may carry out reasonable payment and identity checks to prevent fraud.

4. Delivery, ownership and cancellation

The usual UAE delivery estimate is 1–3 business days, subject to product availability, destination, courier capacity, public holidays and events outside reasonable control. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery time.

• You must provide a complete, accurate and serviceable delivery address and a reachable UAE contact number.
• Risk in the product passes on confirmed delivery to you or a person authorised at the delivery address.
• If delivery fails, you may need to arrange redelivery and any disclosed additional courier charge.
• You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, the Refund Policy applies.

If Revent cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will cancel the affected item and arrange a refund of the amount paid for it.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Eligible return requests must be made within the 7-day return period described in our Refund Policy. Products advertised with a 12-month Revent warranty are covered according to our Warranty Policy.

Returns and warranty claims are different processes. A return concerns an eligible request shortly after delivery; a warranty claim concerns a covered defect during the stated warranty period.

6. Customer responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website or products, including by:

• providing false order, payment, return or warranty information;
• attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or interfering with website operation;
• reselling, copying or using website content in a way that infringes Revent's or another party's rights;
• returning a different, altered, account-locked or serial-number-tampered product; or
• using a product contrary to safety instructions or the manufacturer's intended use.

7. Website availability and intellectual property

Website content, branding, graphics, layout and software are owned by or licensed to Revent and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Revent grants you a limited, revocable right to use the website for personal shopping and account management.

We may update, suspend or restrict website features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy practices apply.

8. Liability, privacy and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revent is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted, loss caused by customer misuse, unauthorised repair, account locks or data left on a device submitted for service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Personal information is handled according to the privacy notice made available through the website.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. UAE courts with appropriate jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or process.
